Consumer expectations have fundamentally changed. People shop online, book holidays digitally, and configure cars with just a few clicks. They increasingly expect the same independence, transparency, and digital experience when exploring and purchasing real estate.

We are working on software that enables property developers, investors, and brokers to digitize buildings and apartments, create interactive customer journeys, and make real-estate marketing and sales more scalable and data-driven.

To support this initiative, we are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural 3D Modeler who can transform architectural plans into precise, structured, and production-ready 3D models.

About the Role

You will create accurate 3D models of buildings, apartments, rooms, and architectural assets based on floor plans, elevations, sections, dimensions, and other technical drawings.

These models will become part of interactive real-estate platforms, configurators, and customer-facing software applications.

This is not primarily an artistic rendering position. Accuracy, completeness, and the correct interpretation of architectural plans are more important than visual effects.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural plans and construction drawings
• Create accurate building and apartment models in Blender
• Model walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, stairs, fixtures, and other architectural elements
• Ensure that models match the supplied dimensions and technical guidelines
• Identify missing, unclear, or contradictory information in source plans
• Follow defined standards for geometry, naming, file structure, and model quality
• Perform detailed quality checks before submitting work
• Review models created by other team members
• Communicate technical questions clearly with international project teams
• Support the development of templates, checklists, and reusable asset libraries

Required Qualifications

• At least 4–5 years of experience in architectural drafting, architectural 3D modeling, BIM, or a related field
• Strong ability to read architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and dimensions
• Advanced practical experience with Blender
• Experience modeling buildings, apartments, or interiors
• Strong understanding of scale, dimensions, geometry, and spatial relationships
• Very high attention to detail and accuracy
• Structured and reliable working approach
• Ability to independently review and validate your own work
• Confident written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with European architectural plans, especially from Germany, Switzerland, or Austria
• Background as an architectural draftsperson, Bauzeichner, architectural technician, architect, civil engineer, or BIM modeler
• Experience with 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp
• Experience preparing models for digital platforms, configurators, or interactive applications
• Experience reviewing the work of other modelers
• Interest in AI, automation, software, and digital real-estate technology
• German-language skills are beneficial but not required
