We are looking for a Senior Art Director to lead creative direction and visual execution across advertising campaigns, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior creatives, and deliver high-quality online and offline creative work while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Copywriters, Strategic Planners, Account Managers, and creative teams to develop strong and effective advertising concepts
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing clear creative direction and feedback
- Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery within timelines and budgets
- Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for both the agency and its clients
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies
- Create high-quality presentations to sell creative ideas and win client approval
- Supervise production and post-production for online and offline creative materials
Qualifications:
- 510 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role within an advertising agency
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and aesthetic judgment
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in project management and budgeting
