Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Integrity Engineer with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for asset integrity management, inspection engineering, risk-based inspection, robotic inspection solutions, and business development activities to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform asset integrity assessments for pressure vessels, piping systems, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and other static equipment.
  • Plan, execute, and manage inspection programs in accordance with API 510, API 570, API 653, API 580/581, ASME, and client standards.
  • Conduct Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), corrosion assessments, remaining life evaluations, and fitness-for-service reviews.
  • Lead robotic and advanced inspection projects using remote inspection technologies to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Review inspection data, NDT reports, and recommend repair, replacement, or mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare inspection plans, technical reports, integrity assessments, and engineering recommendations.
  • Coordinate inspection activities with clients, operations, maintenance, and project teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, support tender submissions, and participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting the company's asset integrity and inspection services.
  • Support project execution, resource planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, statutory regulations, and company quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Asset Integrity, Inspection Engineering, or Mechanical Integrity within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of API 510, API 570, API 653, API 580/581, API 571, ASME codes, and inspection methodologies.

Preferred Certifications:

  • 1.API653 Storage tank inspection, 2. API570 Piping Inspection, 3.API 580 Risk based Inspection and 4. Cswip Welding inspection.
  • Experience with robotic inspection technologies and digital inspection solutions is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of GE APM (Meridium), SAP, or other inspection management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, client management, proposal pr tbeparation, and business development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a multicultural environment.
