(Senior) Assistant Manager, Clinical Strategy & Governance Board

Brief Summary

This position provides comprehensive support in clinical governance and strategy, ensuring effective coordination and documentation for senior committees. The role requires analytical and organizational skills to align healthcare priorities with governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete secretariat support for the Clinical Strategy & Governance Board and assigned committees. Coordinate meeting agendas, prepare necessary documentation, and manage logistics. Take minutes and track decisions, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of action items. Support the implementation and monitoring of clinical governance frameworks, policies, and standards. Track governance domains such as quality, risk, and compliance consolidate dashboards and reports for board oversight. Coordinate the development of clinical strategy, priorities, and programme roadmaps. Ensure alignment of programs with organizational and population health priorities. Maintain a repository of board and committee records, ensuring version control and integrity of documents. Support audit and review processes and maintain an audit trail of decisions and outcomes. Perform any other tasks as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, governance or strategy. Prior experience supporting senior committees or boards is preferred. Strong skills in stakeholder management, coordination, and organization. Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis abilities. Excellent writing and presentation skills for policy papers and board submissions. A proactive and meticulous approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
