Responsibilities
- Assist in translating departmental strategies into actionable plans, ensuring effective execution of service excellence initiatives. Oversee team functions, providing guidance to enhance training, coaching, recognition, and administrative operations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service programmes, identifying opportunities for integration and improvement. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to support departmental objectives and encourage participation in initiatives. Maintain oversight of departmental workplans, performance indicators, and reporting for continuous improvement. Identify and implement enhancements to operational processes and communication workflows, increasing efficiency and value. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or a related field. Relevant certifications such as ACTA or DDLP are advantageous. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a learning and development function. Strong project management skills, with the capability to prioritize effectively across multiple projects. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at various levels. A keen passion for service excellence, with attention to detail and quality in all aspects of work.
