Join SingHealth's Strategic Human Resource (HR) Division – Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA) team and play a pivotal role in attracting healthcare professionals who will shape the future of healthcare in Singapore.

We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager/Assistant Manager to join our Cluster Recruitment unit in the TADA team. In this role, you will work closely with Cluster Domain Chiefs and our institutions HR teams to deliver innovative staffing solutions to build a steady pipeline of nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals for SingHealth and its institutions.

What You Will Do:

You will develop promotion and publicity strategies to attract healthcare professionals, manage the pre-service sponsorship framework, shortlist applicants, and assist in centralised cluster interviews. You will organise career talks and engagement sessions at local and overseas institutes of higher learning, coordinate end-to-end overseas recruitment trips, and manage candidate databases for the cluster.

You will also manage SingHealth's digital recruitment presence, produce collaterals such as e-brochures and social media content, and prepare regular hiring reports for senior management.

Additionally, you will maintain standard operating procedures and lead process improvement initiatives, including the potential use of artificial intelligence or robotic process automation.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for the Senior Executive role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across diverse stakeholders
• Independent, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
