Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive the Oracle Fusion implementation within the eWallet industry. The role involves working with key stakeholders and ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into Oracle Fusion solutions. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between business users, project leadership, and the implementation partner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with Business Stakeholders Teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end business analysis process, including requirements documentation, validation, and sign-off.
• Partner with the implementation vendor to review solution design and ensure business needs are fully addressed.
• Facilitate the process adoption in business users.
• Guide and support business stakeholders during data migration, testing, UAT, and training preparation.
• Monitor and manage requirement changes, ensuring traceability and impact analysis.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, providing insights into best practices in using Oracle Fusion.
• Support business operations by utilizing various systems, including but not limited to Oracle, to ensure efficient workflow and accurate data management.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues impacting business deliverables.
• Provide L1 support for the issues after go live.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in system implementations, with at least 3+ years in a business analyst capacity.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive consensus.
• Excellent communication, and facilitation skills across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
