Manage the end-to-end setup of the deal-hunting system, including campaign detail gathering and backend configuration to ensure a successful launch.
Own the end-to-end analysis of deal-hunting performance, translating data into actionable insights and key levers.
Champion the campaign features roadmap by gathering requirements for the deal-hunting system from stakeholders to address pain points.
Serve as the liaison among regional functions and Lazada markets ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence for all campaign initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Up to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a consultancy firm.
Strong analytical and operational skills, with proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SQL is a significant advantage.
Background in Business Intelligence or Strategy & Planning is a plus.
Excellent communicator and collaborative team player, able to work effectively in cross-functional settings while also capable of working independently.
Highly organized, meticulous, and driven, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written English.
