Job description
- Design KPI, incentive schemes, and recognition programs for service staff.
- Evaluate KPI reports (weekly and monthly), incentives (monthly), and recognition (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Analyze ATM and branch profitability.
Job qualifications
- Maximum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and report analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, with an organized multitasking ability.
- Self-motivated, result and detail oriented, and adaptable.
- Integrity and ethical conduct in handling budgets, contracts, and negotiations.
