Job description
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into insightdriven analytic reports.
- Identify business pain points and propose datadriven solutions to improve commercial performance.
- Manage performance reports and dashboards, and monitor and analyze results across commercial and SME customer segments.
- Prepare presentations for management and executives, summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with valuechain stakeholders to support business decisionmaking.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and governance across all performance outputs.
Job qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Sales Reporting, or Commercial Planning.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Experience in insurance, finance, or commercial/SME customer analytics is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking with a proven ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver professional presentations to senior management.
- Detailoriented, proactive, wellorganized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
