Job Description

  • Sample Management:
  • Collect and accurately record sample details from suppliers.
  • Organise samples and coordinate the scanning of test samples.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of samples to the buyer.
  • Maintain an organised inventory of all samples.
  • Liaise with suppliers to collect samples and assist with any enquiries.
  • Documentation:
  • Collect, organise, and maintain all relevant documents from suppliers.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure the timely submission of required documents.
  • Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Appointment Management:
  • Book and reschedule appointments as required.
  • Maintain an organised tracker and calendar for appointments.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure an organised system for both digital and physical filing.

  • Organisation Skills:
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Meticulous and thorough in all tasks, ensuring high accuracy and completeness.
  • Time Management:
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently while handling various tasks.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic Computer Skills:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Email, Google Sheets, and data entry tasks.
  • Team Player:
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience handling appointments and administrative tasks is advantageous, but not mandatory.
