Description
Cross-functional ownership of priority initiatives
- Take ownership of high-importance, high-urgency themes across the company's business and organization, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- Drive assigned initiatives end-to-end — from problem definition and structuring through execution and follow-through.
Operational execution for existing businesses
- Design, improve, and drive day-to-day operations for existing business lines (EZHire, RPO, and others).
- Act as the lead facilitator and coordinator for introducing new tools into existing businesses and for adjusting workflows and operations.
Team coordination & prioritization
- As a core member of the MD's direct team, share progress, set priorities, and assign owners in weekly meetings — and personally lead the initiatives you own.
- Coordinate stakeholders across departments and entities, building alignment and driving decisions to closure.
Structuring & decision support
- Structure ambiguous problems, clarify key issues, and consolidate the information and data needed for sound decision-making.
Requirement
- At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, operations, project coordination, or multi-functional roles
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- High energy level with proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and timelines effectively
- Hands-on attitude with flexibility to support both strategic and operational tasks
