Job Description

Job Summary:

We're building a modern Customer Platform that powers end-to-end direct marketingfrom acquisition to conversion to retention. Your mission is to automate and optimize the growth engine by combining low-code (Power Platform) with Python/SQL and AI agents where appropriate, so scalable, data-driven campaigns become a measurable contributor to sales.

You'll operate as a hands-on Product Owner and builder: translating user needs into roadmaps and backlogs, validating solutions through experiments, and shipping reliable automations and data pipelines that power lead generation, scoring, routing, nurturing, personalization, and measurement.

Job description:

  1. Platform Strategy & Execution:
  • Own the product backlog for growth automations: translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized sprints, aligned to the platform roadmap and OKRs.
  • Design and build workflow automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI agents; extend with Python/SQL for custom connectors, data transformations, and APIs.
  • Implement observability (logging, alerting, run history, retries), SLAs, and versioned releases; ensure robust rollbacks and safe deployments for both low-code and Python assets.
  • Instrument and measure feature adoption and impact (e.g., lead velocity, conversion rate, cycle time, campaign throughput), and own cost-benefit tracking (licensing, compute) and P&L of platform capabilities.
  • Maintain platform reliability and advocate best practices (governance, standards, reusable components, documentation); proactively manage risk and technical debt.

2.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Optimization:

  • Partner with Data Operations, Data Science, Campaign Solution, and Marketing teams to deliver on-time solutions that meet functional requirements and non-functional needs (security, performance, scalability).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, escalating and coordinating with the platform owner.
  • Streamline digital processes across the funnel with data governance, privacy, and integration standards in mind.
  • Champion data integrity and compliance across all customer data touchpoints.

3.Team Leadership & Capability Building:

  • Contribute to enablement and documentation to scale delivery across teams.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to build technical expertise and support ongoing platform enhancements.
  • (Specialist) Mentor teammates, lead discovery workshops, and guide solution design reviews; influence standards and architecture decisions.

Skills and Experience:

1.Technical Skills

  • Power Platform: Intermediate proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse; ability to build robust flows/apps with error handling, approvals, and connectors.
  • Python & SQL: Intermediate Python for APIs, data shaping, and integration. Basic-to-intermediate SQL for querying/transformations.
  • AI Agents: Practical experience designing or orchestrating task-oriented AI agents (prompting, grounding, evaluation, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop) within operations workflows.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and CMA systems, and how they integrate with data platforms and campaign tools.
  • Strong grasp of data management & governance.
  • Ability to translate sales/marketing needs into technical tasks within Agile/Scrum processes.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and/or campaign management platforms.

2.Project and Stakeholder Management:

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery with clear communication, status reporting, and risk/issue management.
  • Experience in backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and roadmap execution with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong incident management and coordination skills to resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Ability to evaluate architectural impacts across business, information, and technical layers; comfortable with trade-off decisions.

3.Experience Level:

  • Specialist: 3+ years of experience in MarTech/Marketing Ops/Growth Engineering or Product/Platform Engineering with quantified impact on lead generation, conversion, or operational efficiency.
  • Senior Associate: 1-3 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ability to deliver platform features, manage cross-team coordination, and maintain reliable operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation, Power Platform, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks) and data pipelines.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML-driven automations.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, solution validation, and security/compliance practices.
