This role is responsible for providing essential operational and administrative support across platforms. Working under the direction of more experienced team members, this role focuses on executing assigned tasks and supporting incremental process improvements that align with the banks and retail businesss strategic objectives.
1. Platform Strategy & Execution:
- Efficiently complete assigned tasks from the platform backlog in accordance with the established technology roadmap.
- Translate basic business requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery under supervision.
- Assist in the deployment and routine maintenance of business intelligence tools, dashboards, and personalization features, ensuring system reliability and optimal performance.
- Support ongoing monitoring of platform performance to maintain a high standard of user satisfaction and system functionality.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Optimization:
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and data science teams to ensure that assigned initiatives contribute effectively to overall project milestones.
- Escalate operational matters in a timely manner while maintaining clear and proactive communication with cross-functional teams.
3. Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Actively participate in corporate training programs and development initiatives to enhance technical and operational skillsets.
- Engage in team initiatives targeting workflow streamlining and the enhancement of overall platform usability.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in digital transformation projects or operational support roles within a retail or financial services setting.
- Exposure to digital platforms, CRM systems, or sales/marketing automation initiatives, with a foundational understanding of technical deployments.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning and applying best practices in digital platform support and maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and a willingness to support cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
