Job Description

Job purpose

To ensure a high standard of fire safety, physical security, and site safety compliance across company data centers, offices, and supplier operations nationwide. The role is responsible for conducting assessments, identifying gaps, advising improvements, and strengthening emergency preparedness in alignment with local regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Fire Safety & Site Safety Assessment

  • Conduct fire safety and site safety inspections at data centers and office buildings (approx. 50 locations nationwide) with focus on fire protection systems, fire suppression system and evacuations.
  • Review compliance with company fire safety impairment and permit to work systems at site
  • Support yearly audit by 3rd party insurance surveyor and parent company
  • Identify risks, issue assessment reports, and monitor corrective action closure for compliance with Thai regulations and relevant international standards.

Emergency Response Drill & planning

  • Act as a key advisor for the improvement of Emergency Response Plans (ERP) for offices and data centers.
  • Review and enhance emergency procedures (fire, evacuation, security threat, business continuity).
  • Support planning and evaluation of emergency drills and exercises.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and international compliance expectations.
  • Lead the drill at few locations (5 locations)

Physical Security assessment

  • Perform physical security assessments for buildings and critical facilities.
  • Review access control, CCTV, perimeter protection, guard management, and security response arrangements.
  • Recommend improvements and share result to workplace management staff (peer)

Supplier on-site safety inspection

  • Conduct supplier safety assessments at assigned job, focusing on high risk contractors and critical service providers.
  • Share the result of assessment to safety inspector (peer) for monitoring progress of corrective actions.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Fire safety engineering, Occupational health & safety, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or related field.
  • 5- 10 years of experience in Fire Safety, Security, facility or safety management
  • Familiarity with fire safety & security management and emergency response planning in data center and telecom operations is a plus.
  • Strong assessment, inspection, and risk analysis skills
  • Ability to translate technical risks into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint, Excel; Power BI advantage)
  • High integrity, independence, and problem solving mindset
