The startup aims to utilize innovative technology to address urban issues like smog and transport congestion by providing a seamless transport solution without the need for vehicle ownership.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate in HR for all functions at HAUP. The role will involve handling day-to-day HR management and operations tasks to support the organization&aposs workforce. The position is located in Bangkok.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Training & Development
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the start-up environment is a plus
• Manage payroll and incentives
• Develop HRD program for employees
