As part of True Digital Group, True Digital Academy is created with an aim to enhance competencies of talents as of the growing demand for digital skills and digital competency in the era of digital transformation especially in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
We are currently looking for a Senior Associate, Learning Experience Designer to join our team and help us create impactful learning experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Understand Client Needs & Recommend Solutions:
- Talk to clients to understand their training needs and what they want to achieve with learning programs.
- Suggest the best learning solutions (courses, workshops, etc.) to help clients reach their goals. If True Digital Academy isnt the best fit, explain other options.
Design and Create Courses:
- Lead the creation of new courses and learning modules. Work with experts in the subject to build a strong curriculum.
- Define clear learning goals for each course and make sure the course is engaging and effective.
- Check if the course meets the desired learning results and how successful it is.
Develop New Learning Products:
- Work with different teams to improve and grow the courses and learning products offered by True Digital Academy.
- Look for new opportunities in the market to add fresh learning products or improve existing ones.

Knowledge of Digital Content:
- It&aposs helpful if you know about topics like technology, data, digital marketing, cybersecurity, or user experience (UX), as these will be part of the learning content.

- Be flexible and adapt quickly to new challenges. You should be comfortable experimenting with new ideas and solutions when things dont go as planned.
