Job Title: Senior Associate – GL Accounting, GST, TDS & Audit

Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid work model)

Job Type: Full Time

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to handle General Ledger accounting, statutory compliance (GST & TDS), audit support, and financial reporting. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, compliance expertise, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

•CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com (with relevant experience)

Experience

•3–5 years of experience

o Senior Associate: 3–5 years

•Hands-on experience in:

o General Ledger (GL) accounting

o GST & TDS filings

o Audit handling

Technical Skills

•Strong knowledge of:

o Accounting standards (IND-AS / basic GAAP)

o GST and Income Tax (TDS provisions)

•Experience with ERP systems:

o SAP

o Oracle

o NetSuite (preferred)

o Tally

•Advanced proficiency in MS Excel:

o Pivot Tables

o VLOOKUP

o Reconciliation

Soft Skills

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

•High attention to detail and accuracy

•Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities

•Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
