Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated Campaign Specialist to boost business through digital campaigns. The Campaign manager will essentially be a T-shaped marketer to work across paid platforms- LinkedIn, Instagram, Google to formulate, run and optimize marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own Inbound success for the Digital Campaigns by owning its set up/ tracking;/ reporting.
- Strategize and execute end-to-end digital campaigns to drive MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead) on LinkedIn, Google Ads (GSN, GDN) & Instagram
- Work closely with sales, content , operations and design team to develop and work on integrated campaigns/ABM Campaigns.
- Running campaigns that drive success.
- Understanding of various digital and online advertising platforms and formats such as organic, PPC, Social, Display, Search, video and associated KPI's.
- Cross platform integration to ensure everything is being tracked. Knowledge of
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics
- Strong ability to gather business understanding on your own by collaborating with different leaders/stakeholders .
- Must have a strong sense of how to position and market a particular capability.
- Must be able to understand the prospect user.
- Work with the content team to develop creatives based on the above.
- Unleash your creativity and ideate ads, keeping the brand image in mind, for Display Ads for LinkedIn and GDN. (Be assured that our design team has got your back to deliver on your ideas)
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
Above all, have the agility to pick up and work on new platforms and understand its technicalities with ease.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in campaign management (agency experience is preferred)
- Has excellent communication / presentation skills
- Organized and accountable with strong attention-to-detail and effective at prioritization.
- Must have knowledge of working on any of the CRMs ex. HubSpot.
- Must have knowledge of Linkedin Advertising.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
