Job Description

Job Scopes:

  • Perform contract terms negotiation with vendors, suppliers and collect performance guarantee as well.
  • Manage administration of Complex contracts through the ability to track, analyze, aggregate, and report necessary information.
  • Gather all contracts and accurately enter them into a contract repository system (includes updates).
  • Act as key point of contact for any questions / needs regarding contracts.
  • Work with cross function team throughout the procurement contract management cycle.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, sourcing team, Legal Advisory, Compliance and business units in Bank.
  • Performs in a transparent manner and in compliance with Procurement Bank policies, focusing on minimizing levels of operational, financial, reputational, and compliance risk.
  • Provide updates about procurement related progress and potential delays on a daily basis to the Business Manager.
  • Manage contract life cycles for: Non-complex & some complex contract category.

Skills / Knowledge Needs:

  • Bachelor&aposs Degree in Management/ business Laws or related fields or higher.
  • Strong interpersonal / teamwork skills.
  • 3+ years work experience in a professional service organization and related experience in contract development, redlining, legal terms review, negotiations, contract management.
  • Familiarity with terms and conditions found in commercial contract.
  • Ability to work as team player.
  • Good interpersonal communication skill both in written and spoken.
  • Computer literate.
