Job Summary:

The role is responsible for managing customer portfolios in alignment with defined legal criteria and ensuring timely support for legal proceedings. Key accountabilities include preparing, validating, and delivering qualified leads to the legal team, tracking progress to maintain visibility on case outcomes, and continuously improving data preparation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work. The position also requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of legal actions, while upholding compliance and operational excellence.

Job Description:

1. Analyze and select customers in portfolio according to defined legal criteria.

2. Prepare, validate, and deliver leads to the legal team within agreed timelines.

3. Track and monitor the progress of leads.

4. Improve and streamline data preparation processes to reduce manual work and enhance efficiency.

5. Coordinate with related parties to ensure smooth execution of legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Management, or related field.

2. Minimum 1 years of experience in portfolio management, data analysis, or related roles.

3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation).

4. Able to work under pressure.
