We are looking for experienced Backend Engineers with strong backend skills to join our growing technology team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance backend systems and APIs supporting large-scale digital platforms across retail, finance, and commerce domains.
Requirements
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using NestJS / Java / Python.
- Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for database and caching layers.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers (React) to build scalable, maintainable systems.
- Implement secure, well-tested, and optimized backend logic for high-traffic applications.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and CI/CD improvements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
Primary Skillsets- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: NestJS (TypeScript), Java (Spring Boot), or Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask).
- Database experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experience integrating backend APIs with React frontend is a plus.
- Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
