As the Senior Business Development Executive for Digital Native Partners, you will lead key initiatives to drive the growth and success of TrueMoney Wallet across major digital platformsfocusing on Food Delivery & Ride Hailing Platforms (i.e. GRAB, LINEMAN, BOLT), and Online advertising platforms (i.e. Google, Meta, TikTok) . Working closely with the Commercial Lead, you will execute strategies that connect internal capabilities with external ecosystems. You will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, boosting payment volume, and ensuring partner satisfaction by managing end-to-end campaigns, deriving data-driven insights, and optimizing the user payment experience.

Job Description:

  • Work collaboratively with key strategic partners to deploy growth initiatives, align goals, and ensure partners are highly satisfied with TrueMoney's service offerings and integrations.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies and co-marketing campaigns designed to grow traffic, user acquisition, and payment volume across your assigned digital native portfolio.
  • Consistently monitor commercial KPIs and user behavior via web/app analytic platforms, conducting deep-dive analyses to derive actionable insights that guide campaign optimization and product priorities.
  • Partner with the campaign marketing team to create integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans across online and offline channels, promoting partner integrations (e.g., ads payments, pay later) and shifting user preference to TrueMoney Wallet.
  • Identify customer pain points and gaps across the user journey, working with product and tech teams to co-develop features that improve onboarding, transaction success rates, and overall satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day BD operations, ensuring smooth partner onboarding, efficient payment/settlement workflows, and timely execution of product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree, or MBA in Business, Marketing, Economics, or relevant fields.
  • At least 34 years of experience in business development, performance marketing, managing growth campaigns, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of web/app analytics tools with the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Experience working in e-commerce, digital advertising platforms, O2O services, or fintech is a strong advantage.
  • High curiosity and a proven willingness to learn new things and adapt to new digital ecosystems.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); SQL skill is a distinct plus.
  • Strong business and product sense, with a proactive, data-driven approach.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills to build trust with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with a strong bias toward action and a willingness to tackle tasks big or small.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
