Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Branch Manager, based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with opportunities for remote work. The Senior Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include managing sales initiatives, optimizing operational processes, implementing strategies to meet growth targets, and fostering a positive team culture. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, addressing client needs, and collaborating with leadership to contribute to the company's broader objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Experience in operational management, performance evaluation, and problem-solving
• Proficiency in sales strategy, business development, and customer relationship management
• Understanding of the fitness industry or interest in health and wellness is highly advantageous
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record in managing branch activities and achieving operational targets
