About the Role
We are looking for a strong and proactive Brand & PR Communication Activation Lead who can turn strategy into execution and support brand-led IMC, campaign PR, and experiential activations across both digital and physical touchpoints.
In this role, you will report to the PR & Communication Manager and work closely with Brand Campaign Managers to deliver high-impact experiences that strengthen both brand affinity and brand trust. You will be involved in content planning, event activation, cross-channel messaging flow, vendor management, and campaign coordination.

Job Responsibilities
- Campaign & Communication Support
- Execute brand & PR communication campaigns (corporate-led & BU-requested)
- Coordinate messaging and assets across paidownedearned channels
- Ensure narrative alignment across in-app banners, content, PR, activation & events
- Consolidate campaign results & assist in performance reporting
- Brand-led IMC & Content Activation
- Execute IMC campaigns on trust, safety, inclusion, culture or VB readiness
- Support content/storytelling development to reflect brand purpose & values
- Ensure all communication reflects brand identity & tone of voice
- Event & Activation Execution
- Plan and manage pop-ups, booths, PR stunts, press events, brand experiences
- Coordinate with EO / agencies / vendors / partners (logistics, budget, production, on-site)
- Ensure execution readiness, QC, and timeline accuracy
- Reporting & Collaboration
- Support recaps, reporting, insights, and post-campaign learning
- Provide input & learning for yearly brand plan
- Work closely with Brand Campaign, Activation, and PR teams to implement direction
- Maintain strong coordination with internal BUs requesting PR/campaign support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related field
- 46 years of experience in PR, brand communication, or campaign execution
- Proven track record in managing campaigns and/or events
- Experience working with agencies/vendors (creative / EO / media)
- Fluent in Thai & English (written & verbal communication)
- Experience in fintech or technology-driven business is a plus
- Able to work flexible hours / travel for events when needed
