About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and driven PR & Brand Communication to join our dynamic fintech team. In this role, you'll be part of the Brand & PR Communications function, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Marketing, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Social Media to craft compelling brand stories and execute impactful communication campaigns that strengthen brand reputation and drive business growth.
You'll take ownership of brand and PR campaigns, oversee content creation and storytelling across multiple platforms, and ensure every piece of communication is consistent, strategic, and aligned with our brand identity.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute brand and PR campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring strong storytelling, creativity, and alignment with brand identity.
- Lead content development for campaigns including press releases, feature stories, videos, interviews, and digital content to deliver clear and engaging narratives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to amplify brand presence across media, partnerships, and online/offline touchpoints.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Support corporate communication efforts, including internal and external messaging, executive profiling, and brand reputation initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with communication objectives and business KPIs.
- Explore and propose new storytelling formats, media opportunities, and creative collaborations that enhance brand engagement and visibility.
- Seeking new event opportunities and media channels to approach target prospects and meet business KPI.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand communications, public relations, or campaign management.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated communication campaigns across media and digital platforms.
- Experience in content writing, storytelling, and media coordination.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or travel for campaign-related activities.
- Experience in the technology or fintech industry is an advantage.
