Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE

Senior Brand Manager is responsible for driving the brand by offering strategy and managing the growth and profitability of the brand, serves as the key strategic lead and main Marketing lead to partners, vendors and agencies. In addition, Senior Brand Manager, be responsible for understanding, own, create and execute innovative and cost effective 360-degree brand marketing strategies and plans for assigned brand. the strategic vision of the organization and assisting in the alignment of the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Know and understand the cosmetics and skincare markets in order to defines a growth plan to meet our objectives for the category and company.
  • Develop the overall brand marketing strategy and components of multi-faceted 360 marketing plans across functions/channels and present recommendations for leadership.
  • Define the product offering: Determine the degree of product breadth and product depth and decide what products to offer
  • Expand the product line: Identify Innovation opportunities to drive incremental revenue by adding new products
  • Manage, with supervision, all elements of marketing plan execution, including budget tracking, promotions, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides, video production for new product launches, and any other elements identified within their respective category of responsibility
  • Will regularly conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to assist in the development of launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales
  • Ensure the appropriate Marketing efforts are in place for launch support education and training
  • Cross-Functional management: Work with our sales/training development, supply chain, support functions and Digital Marketing and eCommerce division.
  • Communicate to and educate peer-level team members on approved plan and helps ensure the plan stays the course, while being flexible to course correct should the business change.
  • Manage marketing activations, including but not limited to:
  • Advertising digital, print, out of home, experiential with media agency and internal affiliates
  • Sponsorships and Partnerships
  • Video Strategy and Creation
  • Promotions, Direct Mail, Inbox and/or Sampling Strategy partnership
  • Beauty Insider experiential and sampling strategy/placement
  • Social Media Strategy and Pitch for open sales channel and own brand channels
  • Key Blogger/Vlogger insight and outreach
  • PR and Store Events liaison
  • Product Acquisition and Comp management
  • Campaign Collateral (bounce backs, signage, fliers, etc. as needed)
  • Excellent brief writing skills and ability to motivate team at kick-off.
  • Analyse data, new trends and insights and generate ideas on how to translate into ideas for the brand.
  • Manage and allocate budgets for category; reviews and approves line item expenses.
  • May have team supervisory role. Serve as mentor and role-model to junior team members

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to deliver strong, polished, effective PowerPoint and business presentations with confidence in presenting in multiple forums, including senior leadership level.
  • Flexible, adaptive, and solutions oriented

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business administration with 5 - 8 years working in middle management level
  • Experience in Marketing preferably in FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care industries
  • Experience in retail business is preferable
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong people skill
  • Dynamics/ Positive thinking/ Analytical
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skill
  • Proactive and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Have the sense of beauty and creativity.
  • Proficient communication in both English and Thai for business conduct level
