As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of KFC's innovation efforts in Thailand. With a strong focus on product development and strategy, you will drive the creation and execution of innovative initiatives that support KFC's position as the leading restaurant brand in the country. Working closely with cross-functional teams, franchisees, and external partners, you will ensure that KFC's innovation platform aligns with the business strategy and contributes to its overall success.
- Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for KFC Thailand's innovation, including a rolling calendar of innovations.
- Lead key innovation projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and market trends.
- Manage a portfolio of over 30 products for store testing, analyzing sales and campaign performance.
- Conduct market and industry analysis, utilizing research and reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions and lateral thinking exercises to generate product concepts and ideas.
- Effectively communicate and present innovation strategies and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, stage gates, and research processes, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, cross-functional teams, and external agencies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the brand communications team, ensuring alignment with innovation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of brand or client management experience in retail, FMCG, or a relevant industry.
- Excellent command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market trends.
- Proven project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
