Job Description
- Translate mid and shortterm brand strategy into actionable marketing plans aligned with overall brand direction.
- Identify brand issues, growth opportunities, and category dynamics to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective brand communication and activation to boost sales, loyalty, and market share.
- Ensure all brand messaging, key visuals, and communication remain consistent and aligned with strategy.
- Oversee the endtoend marketing plan to ensure alignment with budget and organizational targets.
- Allocate and control brand budget to maximize ROI and meet business KPIs.
- Support market research initiatives to gather consumer insights and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with customer service and retention teams to strengthen product portfolio and customer value.
- Continuously monitor business performance, market trends, and channel effectiveness to optimize strategies.
- Analyze competitor activities and market shifts to drive agile strategy adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of brand performance to key stakeholders.
- Work crossfunctionally with sales, trade, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Coach and develop direct reports, fostering capability, teamwork, and shared ownership of brand goals.
- Maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on brand direction.
- Uphold brand governance to ensure all marketing executions reflect brand standards.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand communication, and integrated marketing planning.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and delivering ROIdriven activations.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market analysis, performance tracking, and competitive assessment.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in coaching, stakeholder management, and crossfunctional collaboration.
