Responsibilities
- Own projects end to end — requirements discovery and scoping, planning, tracking milestones and keeping teams on time and on budget.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover, analyse and document business requirements — turning ambiguity into a clear, actionable delivery plan.
- Translate business needs into crisp technical specifications, user stories and delivery roadmaps.
- Champion data-driven solutions and gap analyses that streamline and elevate how we work.
- Design and execute API test cases in Postman, and build advanced Excel models that turn data into decision-ready insight.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming and issue tracking in JIRA to keep delivery humming.
- Manage timelines, dependencies and risks across concurrent workstreams so analysis translates cleanly into delivery.
- Rally stakeholders across finance, product and engineering around a shared vision and clear priorities.
- Track KPIs, surface insights and proactively flag risks to steer strategic decisions.
- Safeguard compliance and audit readiness through structured, high-quality documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience spanning both Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager responsibilities.
- Strong business analysis and project management skills - from requirements discovery through planning, prioritising and steering delivery across competing priorities.
- Proven track record delivering projects and analysis in financial systems or Insurtech environments.
- Exceptional communication - responsive, clear and confident with technical and business audiences alike.
- Hands-on technical skills across Postman, Python, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and JIRA.
- Sharp analytical mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-driven and thrives working independently in a fast-paced remote setup.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
