Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements with stakeholders

• Translate business needs into detailed, clear, and structured functional requirements

• Write and maintain functional documentation, including:

- Functional specifications

- Use cases / user stories

- Business rules

- Process flows (BPMN, diagrams)

• Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects, QA) throughout the development lifecycle

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)

• Ensure functional consistency of delivered solutions aligned with the business vision

• Support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities

• Identify process optimization opportunities and propose innovative solutions

• Manage change impacts and support users during deployment

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of functional analysis practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

• 7 to 10 years of experience in functional analysis and business analysis

• Significant experience on complex or large-scale projects

• Excellent mastery of functional analysis techniques

• Ability to model business processes

• Good understanding of application architecture and integrated systems

• Knowledge of functional testing and UAT concepts

• Experience in an Agile / Scrum environment

• Proficiency with collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365

• Experience with AI tools like Copilot and VSCode

• Demonstrate leadership, influence, initiative, rigor, autonomy, and strong teamwork skills with a clear sense of priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical mindset and synthesis skills

• Ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment

• Understanding of the delivery lifecycle and incident/problem management lifecycle

• Experience with AWS cloud services (EKS, EC2, Lambda, Terraform, Terragrunt) is a plus

• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk is a plus

• Good knowledge of investment products and related business and operational processes is a plus

• Knowledge of the OSS suite and the Secure Zone is a plus

• Experience in regulated sectors (finance, insurance, public sector, etc.) is a plus

• Excellent command of English
