Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong banking domain expertise to lead requirement gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery across strategic banking initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to define and deliver solutions that improve processes, support regulatory compliance, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Managing stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Analyzing banking processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting regulatory and compliance-driven changes
- Creating user stories, process maps, and functional documents
- Supporting Agile delivery, testing, and implementation
- Ensuring solutions align with banking controls, policies, and objectives
Required Experience
- Minimum 8+ years as a Senior Business Analyst
- Strong experience in banking or financial services
- Excellent knowledge of requirements management, process mapping, and stakeholder communication
- Experience with Agile delivery and banking transformation projects
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability
- Expertise in process mapping, data mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall delivery models, including UAT support
- Good knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk/control frameworks
Technical Expertise
- Strong banking domain knowledge in core banking, payments, lending, and digital banking
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog, user stories, sprint tracking, and documentation
- Good understanding of SQL, data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and banking platforms such as Temenos/Flexcube
- Familiarity with process modelling and reporting tools such as Visio, Excel, and Power BI
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Data Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of data integration principles and best practices would be beneficial in this role, enabling effective system integration and minimal business disruption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes would be advantageous, leveraging clear communication to address issues and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
