We have a job opportunity for a Business Analyst position with one of our prestigious banking clients in Singapore.
Role and Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong hands-on experience in Corporate Banking, with solid understanding of corporate banking products, business functions, and end-to-end operational workflows.
- Proven experience in Payments, including Cross-border Payments, SWIFT (MT/MX), RTGS, ISO 20022, and payment lifecycle.
- Able to gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FSD, User Stories) and translate them into functional specifications.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders, operations, technology teams, and external vendors throughout the SDLC.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, approval workflows, reconciliation, and related regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Experience in Agile delivery using tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Corporate Banking concepts and workflows; practical business/ domain expertise is essential.
