We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-driven Business Analyst to join our team in Thailand. The role will focus on gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into practical solutions that support our digital transformation and financial services initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working with banking, fintech, or wealth management platforms and can bridge communication between business stakeholders, technology teams, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.
- Work with development and UX/UI teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively.
- Design end-to-end workflows for digital products (onboarding, KYC, payments, fund subscription, investment flows, etc.).
- Conduct gap analysis, AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping, and recommend improvements.
- Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with product owners, data teams, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulatory and business standards.
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation, including TORs, specifications, and release notes.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking, financial services, fintech, or digital platforms.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Experience with fund management, digital banking, KYC, or regulatory systems is a plus.
- Proficient in tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
