Job Description

Job Purpose

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the core liaison bridging HR business units, internal IT teams, and external vendors. You will drive the implementation and enhancement of a large-scale HR system, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze complex business requirements—specifically focusing on HR processes—and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation.
  • Act as a key bridge between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and strict alignment on project goals.
  • Support large-scale HR system rollouts, including process analysis (As-Is), workflow design, and gap analysis.
  • Coordinate and support data migration activities, including data preparation, validation, and issue resolution based on business requirements.
  • Ensure system requirements are met during SIT/UAT phases, helping to clarify scope and resolve queries between vendors and business users.
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven track record of working on HR Process or HR transformation projects.
  • Prior experience with PeopleSoft or other large-scale enterprise HR systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, workflow design capabilities, and experience coordinating data migrations.

Contract Period: 9–12 Months (Long-term project, 2+ years minimum roadmap)
