Liaise between the business and technical solution providers in an assigned project and to be an expert in a specific business domain on translating business requirements into functional specifications, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables within the specialized area.

Job Qualification

• Showcase expertise in core banking operations, specifically in large and complex lending/loan projects.
• Leverage deep knowledge to provide actionable insights and recommendations within the core banking domain.
• Identify and implement process improvement and innovation for operational excellence.
• Collect and translate business requirements for core banking projects into comprehensive functional specifications.
• Ensure seamless communication and oversight across stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst in core banking, with a focus on large lending/loan projects.
• Expertise in data analytics, process optimization, financial analysis, or IT systems within core banking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate on projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
