Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with team, business users, and technical teams
• Prepare designs and confirm functional specifications
• Act as a business analyst, coordinating with business users to analyze requirements
• Manage business conceptualization and rationalization
• Develop detailed plans for requirement analysis and design
• Analyze and prioritize end-to-end business requirements
• Develop new processes and support data migration
• Perform impact analysis and develop implementation plans
• Conduct functional testing and manage system functionality
• Manage requirements, functional issues, and risks throughout the life cycle
• Develop deployment plans, including training
• Supervise team performance and conduct performance reviews

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years experience in project deliveries as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or System Analyst
• Background in banking and financial services preferred
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to grasp complex business and systems quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
• Strong leadership and team development abilities
• Results-driven and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
