Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Analyst, based in Chatuchak with flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights. This role includes gathering and documenting business requirements, defining solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business outcomes. The individual will also regularly communicate findings, facilitate discussions with stakeholders, and ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data
• Experience in Business Analysis and capabilities in defining business solutions
• Proficiency in Business Process optimization and managing Business Requirements
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting insights
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an asset
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in both independent and collaborative settings
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and systems is a plus
