- Build strong relationships with teams, business users, and technical teams
- Prepare designs and confirm functional specifications
- Act as a business analyst, coordinating with business users to analyze requirements
- Manage business conceptualization and rationalization
- Develop detailed plans for requirement analysis and design
- Analyze business processes and confirm end-to-end requirements
- Develop new processes and support migration data processes
- Perform impact analysis and develop implementation plans
- Conduct functional testing and manage requirements throughout the lifecycle
- Develop deployment plans, including training
- Supervise team performance and conduct performance reviews
Job Qualification
- At least 7 years experience in project deliveries as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or System Analyst
- Banking and financial services background is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business and systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Strong leadership and development skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
