Gather and define clear business requirements and product specifications by working closely with stakeholders.
Develop workflow diagrams and technical documentation to communicate product features and requirements effectively.
Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating user needs and market trends into practical, scalable solutions for our payment services.
Manage the product roadmap, including prioritization and project planning for new features and enhancements.
Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure timely and successful product releases.
Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve the product.
Proactively manage change requests and communicate updates to all relevant teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably within the banking, e-wallet, or IT solutions industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
A results-oriented and detail-focused approach with a creative mindset for solving complex problems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Prior experience or strong knowledge of payment services and fintech is a plus.
