  • Working closely with a team of developers, UI/UX designers, business partners and other digital product owners to deliver value to our customers
  • Utilizes knowledge of best practices to define strategic direction, determine business needs and design & deliver Incident Management, doing so in partnership with Application and Infrastructure
  • Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements as described in User Stories
  • Prioritize features, slice increments and create acceptance criteria
  • Set and manage expectations across a large group of internal stakeholders
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes, build new features or deliver incremental value
  • Experience in SAP is an highly added advantage
  • Preferably SD module

Work in Agile development environment

  • Translate portfolio work into epics
  • Write user stories
  • Prioritize user stories
  • Create Acceptance Criteria
  • Participate in Business User Testing

Create Product value proposition

  • Define the platforms uppermost success metrics, tracks and reports out on them
  • Participates in all Agile/scrum ceremonies
  • Gather buy-in and alignment from stakeholders for product roadmap features and enhancements
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to achieve project requirement and alignment
  • Partner with Business Analyst to identify dependencies up front to ensure we can schedule work accordingly
  • Resolves blockers and impediments in a timely manner
  • Must have experience in Jira/ Azure DevOps, Postman, Fiddler, MS Office
  • Provide system support and maintenance in alignment with standards and process set within the ERP Services Delivery model, West policies and procedures as well as Regulatory requirements including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP
  • Uses breadth of expertise to solve complex problems

  • Create and maintain system lifecycle documents in accordance with West policies and procedures, including creation and maintenance of SOPs, SOIs and Job Aids
  • Work within and participates in the Change Control process
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules
  • Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Certified CSPO/CSM preferable

Education and Experience:

  • 5 plus years of related work experience
  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred but not required: Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Understanding and knowledge of Agile methodology with Scrum Framework
  • Deep expertise, system functionality and technical understanding of Incident Management
  • Must be up to date on latest ERP release.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced & complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Able to comply with the company's safety and quality policy at all times
