Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Business Analyst to support complex and cross-functional digital initiatives. The role will focus on requirements discovery, business process analysis, data analysis and delivery support, working closely with stakeholders, product, engineering, operations and business teams.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline;
- Must have 3-5 years of relevant Business Analysis experience;
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews and workshops;
- Strong business process analysis, process mapping and improvement skills;
- Hands-on experience in data analysis using SQL, Excel or similar tools;
- Experience with data visualisation / dashboards and presenting insights;
- Strong in user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and functional documentation;
- Experience supporting UAT, testing, defect resolution and implementation;
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments;
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skill-set
- Exposure to data quality, reporting, migration or data platforms;
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Visio or Lucidchart;
- Experience with prototyping, pilots or POCs;
- Experience mentoring junior BAs;
- Exposure to service design or user research.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops and research;
- Analyse business processes to identify gaps, pain points and improvement opportunities;
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights and support evidence-based recommendations;
- Translate business needs into structured and testable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows;
- Work with product, design, engineering, operations and business teams to develop practical solutions;
- Develop and present data findings, dashboards and visualisations to support decision-making;
- Support experiments, prototypes and pilots to validate proposed solutions where required;
- Lead testing and validation activities, including UAT, test scenarios, defect clarification and go-live readiness;
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning and delivery tracking;
- Manage scope, dependencies, risks and issues to keep initiatives on track;
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment across different stakeholder groups;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and better ways of working;
- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing to junior BAs where required.
