Role Overview
Unified Infotech is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, analyzing business processes, documenting functional specifications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation. You will work directly with clients, designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), use cases, wireframes, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to validate requirements and achieve consensus on business objectives, usability, technical feasibility, and project scope.
- Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution recommendations.
- Create basic wireframes and user journey flows to support product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, Delivery Managers, and Project Managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support project planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, effort estimation, and status reporting.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood by development and QA teams.
- Participate in sprint reviews, UAT, functional validation, and requirement verification.
- Perform functional reviews of developed modules and ensure alignment with documented requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects during business validation and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Conduct research on data sources, reporting requirements, integrations, APIs, and system workflows as needed.
- Assist in defining product improvements and recommend process optimization opportunities.
- Ensure complete traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation using industry best practices and organizational standards.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Designer in web and mobile application development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
- Proven experience handling client-facing requirement gathering sessions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience preparing comprehensive business and functional documentation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in software consulting or product development organizations.

- Experience working with international clients, particularly US, UK, or global markets, is preferred.
