Our client is a leading international organization to identify a highly experienced professional to drive large-scale infrastructure and construction project expansion in Thailand.
This position will play a critical role in leading strategic business development initiatives, securing mega project opportunities, and managing key stakeholder relationships across both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects in Thailand
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in sectors including:
- Transportation infrastructure
- High-rise and mixed-use developments
- Industrial projects
- Energy and utilities infrastructure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, developers, consultants, and strategic partners
- Lead tendering, bidding, and commercial negotiations for major projects
- Coordinate consortium and joint venture partnerships with local and international stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis and support strategic investment planning
- Work closely with regional and international teams to align project execution and business strategies
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in:
- Construction
- EPC
- Infrastructure development
- Real estate development
- Mega project business development
- Strong experience in commercial management, project development, tendering, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure or high-rise construction projects
- Strong network within Thailand's construction and infrastructure industry
- Experience working with government projects, PPP, or concession-based projects is highly preferred
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills in English
