Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned remittance partners.
Negotiate transfer fees, exchange rates, and infrastructure commitments.
Coordinate operational issues (settlement, service disruption, compliance).
Support corridor expansion and new partner acquisition with Team Lead.
Collaborate with compliance/legal to ensure AML/KYC alignment.
Qualification
Bachelor&aposs Degree or higher in Business Admin, Finance, Economic or related field
4+ years of experience in remittance, payments, fintech, or financial services account managStrong understanding of cross-border remittances, compliance (AML/KYC), and payment ecosystem
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Data-driven with ability to analyze account performance and market dynamics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders.needed
