About the Role

We are looking for a driven Senior Sales or Sales Manager from a freight forwarding background to lead sales growth, manage a team, and expand key accounts. This role requires strong industry knowledge, a solid client network, and a proven ability to close logistics deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a hunter to drive new business development

• Visit existing and potential customers to expand business opportunities

• Manage sales team performance, customer pipeline, and key accounts

• Prepare and issue quotations, including handling overseas inquiries

• Monitor sales performance to achieve targets, KPIs, and weekly reports

• Monitor revenue, profit, and accounts receivable aging

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers

• Understand Incoterms and manage local freehand shipments

• Prepare and present commercial proposals to clients

• Ensure all internal reports are accurate and submitted on time

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills and experiences

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales

• Proven sales track record

• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding business

• Good command of English

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with operations teams
