We're looking for a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager who can lead our business growth initiatives, establish strategic partnerships, acquire enterprise clients, and contribute to the company's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Generate new B2B business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Identify, approach, and close enterprise clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
- Work closely with founders on company growth initiatives.
- Identify fundraising and investor networking opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve customer acquisition.
- Represent PlanBnext in networking events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build scalable business processes for long-term growth.
