Job Title: Business Development Manager

Reports To: Founder & CEO

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad(Work from Office)

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating qualified business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing directly to the company's revenue objectives.

This position requires a disciplined, analytical, and commercially driven professional who understands consultative selling, structured sales processes, and long-term relationship management.

The role involves working closely with the Founder in acquiring high-value clients across multiple industries while establishing scalable business development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Conduct market research and identify high-potential sectors.

• Build relationships with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers.

• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding.

• Conduct discovery meetings and coordinate proposals.

• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasts, reports, and opportunity tracking.

• Recommend improvements to sales workflows and business development processes.

• Represent Let's Talk Media professionally at meetings and networking events.

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales.
  • Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Technology, SaaS, Consulting, or Digital Services preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving revenue targets.

Technical Competencies:

CRM Platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Proposal Preparation, Sales Reporting, AI productivity tools.
