Key Responsibilities

1.Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Build and diversify a strong pipeline of Introducing Brokers (IBs), partners, and clients by leveraging personal networks and proactive outreach to drive trading activity, expand the customer base, and strengthen the company's presence in targeted markets.

2.Partner Support & Negotiation

  • Offer hands-on support for technical issues such as system or account errors, commission/rebate discrepancies, etc.; escalate to appropriate teams for effective resolution when necessary.
  • Deliver timely updates to partners on new products, platform enhancements, promotional campaigns, and policy changes to ensure partners are well-informed and aligned.
  • Equip IBs and partners with relevant marketing materials, merchandise, and rewards to support client engagement and retention efforts.
  • Negotiate commission and rebate structures with IBs and partners to ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term business growth.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal departments such as Client Support, Operations, and Marketing to resolve client and partner issues, including rebate discrepancies, account problems, and platform-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication on product updates, promotional campaigns, and service enhancements.

4.Market Research

  • Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Share relevant insights and feedback with internal stakeholders as needed to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Skills & Experience that WOW US

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in business development, client acquisition, sales, or lead generator roles, within the Forex or CFD industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and trading platforms such as MT4/MT5.
  • Fluency in Thai is required, and proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and retain partners such as Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates.
  • Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Highly adaptable to market dynamics, regulatory changes, and product innovations in the financial services sector.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, business development, or promotional and industry-related seminars.
