Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a network of partners across various channels
- Build a pipeline of partnerships or new distributions resulting in achieving company business strategy
- Create and pitch business proposals which conceptualize, structure, and define the terms of proposed partnerships, with key deliverables being presentation decks and financial projections
- Negotiate with external partners and internal stakeholders to come to a mutual agreement of the terms of the partnership
- Lead internal workstreams to ensure timely and successful execution of partnerships
- Strong networker, able to build, manage and maintain relationships between internal and external stakeholders with limited lead generation support, including leading and facilitating meetings and presentations to make progress on partnership projects and solve problems
- Build a business case to illustrate the market opportunity, the business problem a partnership will solve, and its projected financial returns, presented clearly using presentation slides, financial models and written reports
- Project management capabilities in driving product enhancements and partnership execution
- Ability to understand the strategic drivers and the business models
- Strong commercial drive with ability to build and monetize partner relationships that benefit business strategically and financially
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners based on alignment with company goals, market potential, and strategic fit
- Organize and participate in events and conferences to represent the company, network with potential partners, and enhance brand visibility
Required Profile
- 5–8 years experience in Non‑Life insurance business development
- Strong track record in partnerships, alliances, or channel development
- Commercial negotiation and stakeholder management expertise
- Comfortable operating in externally facing, growth‑driven roles
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
